Integrative Network and Docking Analyses Reveal Key Proteins Drug Targets In Enterococcus faecalis Virulence
Description
This study links molecular networks to therapeutic leads, highlighting gelE and srtA as significant drug targets in E. faecalis. Our study provides the first step towards improving the root canal disinfection and lowering the recurrent endodontic infections in clinics. Designing in-vitro experiments based on our observations will further evidence the impact of our result in clinics.
