Description
This poster presentation aims to discuss how working the night shift contributes to health risks through the disruption of circadian rhythm in healthcare workers. We hope to gain insight on the relationship between these disturbances and the circadian clock in order to establish strategies that optimize healthy lifestyles for healthcare workers.
