This case report describes the treatment of transverse maxillary deficiency using a Miniscrew-Assisted Rapid Palatal Expander (MARPE) appliance. MARPE is an innovative non-surgical appliance designed to expand the maxillary arch through skeletal and dentoalveolar modification.
