Eating disorders, such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge-eating disorder, are pervasive mental health concerns that often emerge or escalate during the formative years of higher education. This review aims to synthesize current literature on the screening tools employed in university settings and their effectiveness in identifying at-risk individuals.
